Paul: I remember talking with a road dept guy once, about these A-23 mowers. He told me they once got a Super A with the C-22 farm mower by mistake. After that he said all their orders were for C-22 with 6' bar. He said if you didn't overload the SA with weight, amazing where it would mow. He went on to say, if you got the SA stuck in soft conditions, and it would cross much softer ground than most tractors. The SA was light enough that using a long chain, one could usually pull it out with a service truck from hard road. You could fill the scars with a shovel. He said the monsters they buy today, takes major equipment to tow them out of being stuck, then a truckload to fill the hole.
