Casting date code all numbers 5-10-47

I just found a "Super A" with the date code
5-10-47 on the transmission. Not a "Q" but the number 47. It is where most of the ones on "A"s are found. I know Guy Fay's book mentions this but he refers to older tractors. I have looked at hundreds of these tractor's and have never seen one like this. Is this a real oddity or what?
