International 684 - Built in London?

We have an IH 684, and the S/N plate says "IHC of Great Britain Limited - London" I don't know a lot about the history of International's. Is this model generally made in Britain? How can I tell exactly what year it is? We think it's a 1979, but I wanted to verify it by the serial number. This model isn't listed in the serial numbers of the IH's on this site, though.

Any info you have will be helpful. Thanks.
