IHC No. 9 Sickle Mower...NEED INFO!

I aquired a sickle mower at a family auction. It is 5-6 feet, pull type, steel wheels and says "regular gear" on it. It is missing a few pieces. Are there parts available? What year was it made? Value? Manual available? Bottom line is that is it worth fixing up. I could use it. Any info appreciated. Thanks!
