EUREKA a follow up

On an earlier post I told how the oil pump gasket on my super A was in pieces and that this was most likley cause of my low oil pressure when hot. I found that the backing plate was warped. So I got a piece of glass and some sandpaperand buffed it out. I reassembled the pump using a thin coat of gasket varnish on the gasket. My oil pressure now stays over 40 psi. at all times.
