Chance to buy a 300

I am looking at a Utility 300 with a loader I can buy for $2000. It also has a mower deck on the back with it. The draw back is it sat outside for five years, so it will have lots of issues assocated with that. I don't have a lot experience with those models, and would like to know any certain things I should look or on this model. Also, is $2000 to far out of line for one of these?
