I went this afternoon to take a better look at them and the 49 is in pretty rough shape, missing mag, carburater, tires shot, and a nice green tint to it (fungus). and the 39 looks pretty straight and complete. along with a big family of wasp living in the lights, so i didn't waste a lot of time kicking the tires (that are shot) the one thing that worries me is that their was nothing over the exaust manifold's. can't see any cracks through the grease.
