IH 154 PTO Clutch

I have a question about the PTO clutch on my IH 154 Cub Lo-Boy. The PTO Clutch is fairly new. The last few times I mowed my lawn, the PTO clutch wouldn't always disengage so I would move the lever up and down a few times until it would, I was wondering what the problem might be. I haven't greased it in about 20 hr (Didn't want to over grease it) and mowed some REAL heavy grass (Stalled the tractor a few times) in the late spring. Thanks.
