On my Stage II Super H, I made an L shaped bracket out of 3/16" x 1" flat steel that attaches to the top PTO shield mount and to the rear center bolt in the rearend top cover. Then I bought a standard SMV spade and socket along with a triangle, and bolted the socket to the bracket I'd made. This arrangement looks and works great, and I can easily remove the SMV triangle whenever I don't need it. You should be able to do the same thing on your H.
