Sorry I didnt notice the year of the B JD. Well you got me because I do know JD made some changes to the styled models in HP and looks. Dont hook them up to each other its too dangerous. Get a plow and try each on it and you will tell which is stronger. I have a M farmall and a 50 JD A and there is very little diffrence in the two pulling. I am partial to the red tractors but the A JD seems to be a little stronger. Rock
