An H is an excellent rake tractor. Handles nice; is quiet, smooth, little vibration and about a grand. Nicest rake tractor I ever used (and I've raked with a dozen or more - I'm an old codger) was an Int 574 row crop Diesel. Plenty of gears from which to choose, nice ride with 16.9 tires, and turned as sharp as a pony tractor. Just a nice handling tractor. A Super C will rake and steers easy.
