Bill, The belly mower is powered off of the belt pulley shaft. If I remember correctly that shaft rotates at 1157rpm compared to the pto shaft that rotates at 540rpm. They use a V-belt pulley mounted on the belt pulley shaft and usually have another idler pulley mounted below before the v-belt makes the turn to the mower. As far as the fast hitch goes, the Super A would be outfitted with a single point fast hitch. The female point receptacle is raised and lowered with the rear rockshaft. Some of the guys on here would be able to post a picture of that setup. One picture is worth a thousand words! scotty
