I use the form-a-gasket stuff, AND a gasket, it seems to work better than the normal gasket stuff. Look very closely at the leak, if you are sure it is from around the bolt, remove the bolt and fill the hole with sealer, that may (or may not) stop the leak. Unless the pan is absolutely straight, you will probably always have a drip or two.
