Jeff/Ont. may have nailed it but...it could be in the timing. If the 'jolt' was severe enough it could have sheared the gear on the distributor shaft. Pull the cap and see if it turns when cranked. Get compression on #1 and see if the rotor is still pointing at the #1 wire on the cap. Also, you may want to see if the points are opening/closing at the right time and haven't closed/opened any, not likely if you have spark, but it's worth checking. May want to see if you still have good flow at the carb inlet, too. If it hits on a snort of ether(not much) it is probably in the carb/fuel supply. Tell us what you find.
