No...if you have been using a brand name oil and changing it regularly (every 3 months / 3000 miles), you shouldn't have much to any buildup in your engine considering the quality of most all motor oils today. After saying that, I would never put a engine flush in a motor anyway. You don't want to remove all of the carbon buildup that may be in motor because it is helping to "seal it" somewhat and if you remove it, you could make a motor start to burn oil.
