3 of them are in the center of the head and have heavy washers under them. 2 are on the left (carb side) and are used to hold the throttle lever pivot. Silicone the threads on all bolts for good measure and check with a ruler to get them all installed to the correct height. Set the head in place without the gasket for a trial run on correct length. You want the stud to extend through the nut about 1 thread so it has full contact and holding power. Install the gasket. Torque the nuts in sequence and about 1/3 of full value at a time. Then go over them all a 4th time around for good measure.
