You sound more confused than ever!! I'll admit I didn't read all the "priceless" advise you received the other day but let me try to help with what little I know. First, you have a Regular with some modifications. The three speed tranny and the QC serial ## make it a regular. To say you have an F-20 Regular is like saying I have a Farmall Super H H. They are two different models from two different times. Second, Heisler manufactured the starter kit for both F-20s and Regulars (same kit). The kit included the starter, bell housing, flywheel ring, wiring, and switches. Contrary to popular beleif, IH NEVER MANUFACTURED AN F-20 WITH A FACTORY STARTER. All starters were add-ons.
