Take # 1 plug out put your thumb on the hole and rol motor over slowly untill you have compression roll motor over to top dead enter then take cap off your mag and set that so it is ready to spark on #1 piston it will probably be a little past it tho put everything back to gether and try it. Are you trying to crank start it or are you pulling it around with another tractor we had to reset our mag 4 differt times befor mine took off and after you get it running dont take it off to mess with it Hope the info works Eric
