This spring one of my super C's did about what you are talking about, I took the fuel line off and in the screen there were 2 pieces of oats and a bug. I thought wow I got it, should run real good now. Wrong, did about the same thing, this time I tood the fuel line and the sediment bowl completely off the tractor. The fuel line was clean, but when I took apart the sediment bowl fuel shutoff valve there were 2 house fly's inside. I blew them out and it ran just fine. I never would have guessed that the fuel line would have been plugged in 2 spots, but I had just purchased the tractor.
