I agree with Red Dave. 15 - 20 psi hot is entirely adequate. However if pressure drops to close to 0 at hot idle you probably should look into it. A quick fix is to switch to higher viscosity multigrade oil (15W-40). That'll usually get you a few extra psi when the the motor is hot. FWIW I had similar problem with a Super H - 55 psi at startup, but hot idle pressure would fall to just above 0. (And like your A the engine ran smooth and quiet...) Problem turned out to be main and crank bearings worn .002 - .003 beyond spec and a partially blown out oil pump gasket. After installing new bearings and replacing the pump gasket, hot idle pressure now holds at 20 - 25 psi.
