The seal on the drive shaft input may be leaking or the pipe connections inside or the gasket or ......?
Take the tin plate off behind the pump to view the pump drive shaft and use a light to inspect for the source of the leak.
Remove the pump driveshaft & you can operate the tractor without the pump operating until the leak can be fixed.
