I agree with Wayne. If it is the resevoir, they aren't too expensive. Even if it's inside, rebuilding one of those pumps is surprisingly inexpensive. The balls, springs and gaskets come to around $30. The seals may make it a little more. If you're going to drop it to fix the leak, I'd take the little extra time to rebuild it while you have it down. There are various methods listed in the archives for lowering it (it weighs about 150 lbs so be careful) but I've found (if you can get your hands on one) a rolling bydraulic jack works just fine.
