I know of no reason that antifreeze for diesel engines would not be good for an H. The main difference is that there are chemicals in the diesel antifreeze to inhibit cavitation of the wet sleeve engines. Your H has dry sleeves, but the additional protection will not hurt. Just make sure that you get it mixed correctly so that it doesn’t freeze in the winter.
