Yes, IH did make them, some minor differences from the regular M, notably the rear wheels and axle were different. International hood decal and International plate on the grill. Probably worth no more than the usual M, restored or otherwise. There are pictures on pages 86 and 87 in "The Big Book of Farmall Tractors"
