The only thing i can think of is that some how where the injectors go into the head it is leaving the diesel into the coolant. I dont know what type of sleeving they use in the head but that would be my guess i cant see how the head gasket would let it in but u still may be pulling the head. Get a Manuel or ask a dealer tech to see how it is sleeved through the cooling jacket
