I have had similar problems and seem to have solved them by downloading and running a couple of programs that will destroy any spyware that is in your computer. I am using the free versions of both so it doesn"t cost anything. Both are very effective, and you need both of them. Do a search for a website called major geeks. The programs you want are called spybot-search and destroy, and the other one is called adaware. I now run both of these programs about once a week, the adaware program usually always finds something that shouldn"t be there.
