For Ad-Aware, there is virtually no catch. It won't monitor continuously, so you have to actually run it to catch anything. You can pay for a version that runs continuously in the background. It is also not legal for use by a business, and you again can purchase a version that you can legally use for your business. Find Ad-Aware at the Lavasoft site linked below.
