Last winter I got a phone bill with a $300+ call to some place in South Africa on it. Turned out the same thing that's being discussed here happened to me. My phone company knew about the scam and I didn't have to pay the charges. They also put a block on my phone so that it couldn't be used to call foreign countries. I just recently downloaded the spyblocker stuff on the yahoo toolbar(go to yahoo.com to find it) and it cleaned up alot of junk that had already found it's way onto my new computer that's less than a month old.
