For the head 70ft-lbs start in the middle and work your way out to the ends. I just tighten down the rocker assembly tight valve lash .017 with engine hot both intake and exhaust. You need this for ajusting your valve lash.
#1 piston TDC 1-2-3-5 valves can be ajusted
#4 piston TDC 4-6-7-8 valves can be ajusted
