826 and 856 had big speed differences, mainly I believe because of engine RPM. The 826 ran about 21-2200, and the 856 runs about 2600, or at least that's what our 826 and 856 run. The 856 can run circles around the 826. After a day of running the 826, hopping on the 856 can really put you back in your seat. I would estimate our 856 at about 24-26 mph.
