Cub Low Boy Noisy in 1st Gear

We have a cub low boy that runs great but does have a noticible wine in 1st gear. All the other gears sound good. there's no oil leaking from the transmission or anything either. Also this one does not have the creaper gear in it. Any ideas?? Thanks.
