I had the same problem this past weeekend with my H, had not been moved in 2 weeks and clutch wouldn't release. I started in gear then depressed clutch and started hitting the brakes, after about 4 hits it broke loose but would still stick if parked for alittle while. I used some penetrating oil with spray tube on it and lubed up the input shaft, then worked it till it stayed loose, then used a can of brakekleen and sprayed down clutch, shaft and pressure plate. Block the clutch pedal when not using, that should prevent it from sticking when not used, I now do that.
