If all else fails and your tractor will idle but won"t operate at a higher throttle setting, look at the main carb bowl gasket. They are made to be symetric with one exception. There is a little hole on one side close to the venturi for the high speed jet. If the gasket is installed upside down, the jet is blocked and it will run very lean and hot at high rpm. They could just punch two holes so there would be no chance of messing it up, but that would cost an extra cent! I made this mistake with my 200 and about a month later found it happened when my friend got his H"s rebuilt carb back from the shop.
