That does not look like to bad of a fix you can use BONDO along with fiberglass and cloth. The A and B grilles do differ at the bottom. You can purchase a new bottom but i would try the body putty first. I have had good results and fixed one so bad with rust you could see thru its on a mower tractor and looks fine good luck.
