Fan Belt Replacement for International 350 Utility

I have an 1957 International 350 utility. It needs a new fan belt. What is necessary to remove to replace this belt? There isn't much room in the front to replace the belt, and it doesn't seem to fit past the crankshaft pulley and the roll pin for the front axle. Also, how is the tension adjusted on this belt? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
