This will damage the piston, but pound up from the bottom. Both the piston and the sleeve will probably come out as one piece. That is what I did on Old Rusty H a couple of years ago with the crankshaft still in place. Soak the top lip of the sleeve in PB Blaster or equivalent. That PB actually worked it's way between the sleeve and the cylinder wall after several days of keeping it soaked.
