I don't know exactly what that switch takes, but I'm sure it's a lot of work. I belive that you will have some flywheel/pilot bearing issues, and you might end up having a flywheel custom made. Next, the frame rails. You'll need a pair from a late 706, a 756 Diesel, or an 826 Diesel. Then you've got all the usual "small" stuff like radiator, fuel lines and linkage, oil pan, exhuast hole in hood, ect. In the end, you might end up thinking you put too much work into an underpowered tractor. If the price is right on the 856, you might want to look for a good 361 or 407, those will bolt right in. If you're definetly interested in doing a repower project, consider a 414, 436, or 466 engine. It will take a little more work to make those fit, but they are pretty cheap and easy to find, and you won't be disapointed with the power they make.
