Yeah, SOUNDS like a good idea, but by the time you get a 350 stuffend in your tractor, you will find that it would have been a WHOLE LOT EASIER to just fix what you already have. And, like Allan said, you"ll find that a 350 wont have near the horsepower you need at the rpm range you need to work in. If you got the 350 in its power band, you"ll be hauling A$$ on your tractor!! Do whatever work on your tractor that you can do yourself and that"ll save on some labor cost. Shop for rebuilt or used parts where ever possible. Good luck.
