They replace the factory gas cap, which always (for me at least) seems to leak fuel around the neck whenever the fuel sloshes a bit. It also has a better venting system, and is a safer cap. You can get them by sending in "the form" which I got from Binder Books when I placed an order with them. That's not the only place, but it's where I got mine. Biggest drawback is the appearance, the replacement cap stands about 2 or 3 inches tall, and is kind of overpowering. You would want to keep the old cap to stick on for display only at shows. I have heard that Case/IH dealers will replace them on a walk-in basis, but they take the old cap.
