Bill,(AA) As posted in the follow-ups, these replacement gas caps are provided by:
Navistar International Transportation Corporation
Box 10088
Fort Wayne, IN. 46850 The caps are for pre-1980 IH/Farmall gasoline tractor owners who's gas caps do not have two vent holes in the top of the cap and do not say, "Pressure-Open Slowly" embossed in the top of the cap.
You will need to supply them the model and serial number of your tractors that you are ordering replacement caps for. They do not require that you send in the old caps. If you email me I may be able to scan the form and send you one or just write them a letter and give them the info. Be patient with the mails. Took mine over 2 1/2 months to arrive. FB
