Looking for Okla F-30 Machanic near Tulsa

I got a 37 F-30 and the govener dosent work. I suspect weak springs, but dould be in linkage, slightly possibly carb prob, I dont know. Im not a engine machanic. Would like to find somone near Tulsa, Creek Co here, to come out and see what could be done. I farm with it and need it soon for the corn season. Im going to see Rices bout getting a govenor re build kit and have that ready, but need someone to install it. Thanks. Bill
