Another thought I had was maybe the glow plugs aren't working and thats why it needs either to start. With no Case IH dealer around, where do you plan on finding parts for it?. Are you sure the oil on the wheels is from the PTO or are the rear axle seals gone too?. I'd buy the brand of equipment thats closeses to me so I could go and get parts for it the easiest. Don't think for a minute that thats the only tractor around in your area because I don't believe it, and you could find others if you look around alittle, especially if you make a road trip out to a couple of equipment dealers.
