Could have been from a I-H Scout, as well. Got one in a '77 Scout II that we're in the process of restoring. Has 16,+++ showing on the clock, assume its 116,+++ judging from the wear in other places. Engine was stuck, cracked head let bad water & anti-freeze into one cylinder. (BTW, poor water, anti-freeze, aluminum piston, rings & block metal do not like each other!) Took the block to the machine shop to re-bore it. Machinest wouldn't touch the other 7 holes, said they had less than 0.002 taper, so he sleeved the bad one. Said it should run another 100,000 or so before it'll need rings again. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
