I have a FH on my SC. SC's with a FH in my area are much more expensive. While is it true you will have a hard time finding equipment, there are three options. Option 1 is a set of arms and a spot for a top link. While I made mine I don't think I would put much weight on it. I use it for lifting under 400 pounds.
The second option is the 2 point to 3 point converter. I got this last summer. The only problem with these is not all 3 point stuff will fit. I had to make mine wider for my blade. My carryall won't fit at all so I use the arms.
Option #3 is to get 3 point equipment and weld arms on them.
While the true 3 point is probably a little easier to get implements for I like my SC / FH a lot. While they are not rare they are not found on every corner. In a county full of old tractors it still stands out.
Another cool thing about a FH. It has down pressure. I don't think many 3 points can say that. Ron
