M Rear Wheel Clamp Replacement

I decided to turn my rear wheels around so the dish is out and I can get more width. I tried real hard to loosen the clamp bolts without breaking them but I did break a couple. Are the half moon clamps available? Where should I try getting new ones. Can I use the newer style bigger bolt ones on my 48 M or do I have to stick with the original size? I'd rather change them than fight with getting the broken bolts out and having rusted up threads left.
