Farmall Regular Carborator

Need help adjusting carborator on my farmall regular. It is the brass carb. with the drip pan bolted to the bottom. Im not sure what to adjust or how it is supposed to work. I had the tractor running once and I had the choke half way on and it seemed to run ok, but now I try to start it and the gas runs off the drip pan as soon as i turn it on. It seems the only two adjustments would be the big nut on top of the carb. and the small screw on the bottom. Thanks for any help that may be provided.
