My SM Had duals on it once they took an extra set of rims and welded a complete round section on the rim so it fits into the drop of the tractor rims And then they took I bolts and mounted them on the Rim clamps and used chain binders to hold the together. You May say that sounds like a cob job but it wasnt it was just like a Regular big tractor with snap on duals.
