Guys,
Thanks to all of you.
The response about stowing the crank between the block and frame jogged some brain cells, heard that one before but forgot it.
The idea of having a clip to hold the crank in place appeals to me as well.
Stowing it in front of the steering post would be nearly impossible on mine since the starter switch is located there.
I appreciate the comment about finding one in the barn too as I might have found one in mine just the same way. :o) A great day to all,
