You want an open center 3 or 4 spool valve (1 for Saginaw, 2 for your 2001 assuming it has the hyd bucket tilt option, and an optional 4th spool for a remote). You want to put it in series with the high pressure line from the pump (smaller one). Pull that line off the reservoir, run it to the new valve's inlet, then run the new valves's outlet back to the reservoir input. That way you still have the valve in the reservoir if you want it.
