Well I just unlocked a GM engine on my (SHHHH) JD 4400 combine which had not run in 6 years. I bet it is not locked that hard unless you had it out in the weather. I would fill the cylinders with Marvel Mystery Oil, stick the plugs back in and let her set 2 weeks before you try to turn it. I unlocked the GM engine with a 36 inch pipe wrench on the belt pulley with a 5 foot pipe on it. Broke fairly easy. Soon as it budged, we pulled the 6 spark plugs and shot WD 40 in each cylinder and turned it several revolutions. She loosened up nicely. You should get several excellent responses to this.
